PHONE ORDERS: SMA accepts Credit and Debit Cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card and PayPal. For best service, have all catalog, Web Store, and credit card information ready, then call 1-800-977-5350 to place your order. Hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. We do not ship C.O.D. Your account is charged at the time your order is processed. Remember you can Order Online 24/7.

PRIVACY: Your privacy is of utmost importance to Sporto Motoring Accessories, Inc. Therefore we will not sell, rent, share, or loan your personal information to any unrelated third parties.

SHIPPING: Most items are shipped within 2 WORKING days of placing the order.

Allow up to 2 weeks shipping for Made to Order items: seat covers, dash mats, heat shields, custom covers, Stampede products, or Avery Mats.

S & H Charges listed by each item are for shipments within the Continental US. We use UPS, FedEx, and US Postal Service for shipping except those indicated as Truck Shipment. Truck shipments are too large to go any other way and must go by COMMON CARRIER. Common Carrier Shipments to a residential address include an additional home delivery charge so it is BEST to provide a COMMERCIAL ADDRESS for any Truck Shipment.

UPS and FedEx will not deliver to PO Boxes. A street address is required.

SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL US: Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico will require additional Shipping Charges. We use UPS 2nd Day Air, and FedEx 2nd Day Air, and the US Postal Service when possible. Products indicated as Truck Shipments cannot be shipped to AK, HI, or PR.
All Outside the Continental US and APO shipping charges will be emailed after order received and before credit card is charged.

WE WANT YOU TO BE PLEASED: All of our products are manufactured to fit the vehicles mentioned. If you have any questions as to how a product is installed, how it works, etc., we suggest you contact us prior to placing an order. If we should make an error in your shipment, let us know and we will correct it.

30 DAY RETURN POLICY: To Return a Product: Call Sporto Motoring within 30 Days of purchase, get a Return Authorization Number from Sporto Motoring Customer Service at 800-977-5350 (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Eastern Mon-Fri). The Return Authorization Number must be placed on the outside of the box within address area. All products returned in new and unused condition, with all parts, labels and instructions included will receive a full refund of the price paid for the product, with the exception of the products listed in the next paragraph. A Store Credit less 25% will be issued if product not received in condition described above with proper RA#.

The Exceptions to the Return Policy are Lloyd Mats, Elegant/Saddleman Seat Covers, Covercraft Seat Savers, CargoLiners and Avery's Mats. These products are Custom Cut to Order and incur a 25% Restock Fee. A Store Credit less 25% will be issued if product not received in condition described above with proper RA#.

Shipping Charges on ALL Returned Merchandise Must Be Paid.
Credit Will Not be issued for these charges or previously paid shipping charges.

Note: "Free Freight" Special Shipping Offers do not apply to returned or exchanged non-defective products. Standard Shipping and handling charges will be applied.

Installation of any merchandise shall be the sole and absolute responsibility of purchaser. Sporto Motoring Accessories, Inc. shall not be liable or responsible for any costs incurred by the purchaser due to the installation, repair or removal of any merchandise, including, but not limited to, costs associated with damage to the merchandise, costs incurred as a result of damage to the vehicle or other item related to the installation of the merchandise, and any labor incurred as a result of the installation, repair or removal of the merchandise.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: Most merchandise is guaranteed against defects in materials, and workmanship by the manufacturer. (Manufacturer warranties are on file and are available for your inspection.) Since some manufacturers require merchandise be returned directly to them, any returns without a return authorization number will be refused.

DAMAGE CLAIMS: Delivery of merchandise in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier. Should your order arrive in damaged condition, immediately inform Sporto Motoring Accessories, Inc. and hold merchandse for shipper to inspect the damaged merchandise. Be sure to keep the original box and packing material.
