In terms of exhaust from your tailpipe, as is the case with most plastics, extreme heat can cause deformation of the material. Most vehicles feature an exhaust system that directs the exhaust down and away from the vehicle. If your vehicle’s exhaust system points the exhaust direct into the cargo box, you should purchase an exhaust tip that direct the exhaust down and away from the Cargo Box. Under all conditions, the distance from the tip of the tailpipe to the Cargo Box should be a minimum of 14?.
