 January US Auto Sales Up 14% Pent Up Demand the Driving Force

Good news from the US auto industry. Car sales actually went up and there was a strong demand for pickup trucks. All signs point to a stronger new car sales year in 2013.

Auto Sales Up in January 2013US auto and pickup truck sales were up 14% over a year earlier according to researcher AutoData Corp.

Toyota Motor Corp led the way with new vehicle sales. Ford, GM, Chrysler, and Honda followed with increased sales as well.
