The bottom of the weight bag has a non-slip surface. The inside of the weight bag has a clip hook that attaches on to the stake at the end of the guy line. Just fill the bag with something that weighs at least 25 lbs., extend the guyline and clip on to it and adjust the weight bag to a position that fully extends the guy lines.
